More than you'd expect
Not just soft play — an adventure. Explore the garden, discover the trails, go wild indoors and make memories beside the lake.
From the moment you arrive, there's something for everyone — whatever the weather, whatever the age.
A sprawling outdoor space beside the lake — open for running, exploring and breathing in the fresh Cotswold air. The kind of outdoor play that kids remember for years.
Winding paths, nooks and crannies, little surprises to find. Hocus Pocus is designed to be explored — every visit, the kids find something new.
When the weather turns, head inside. A well-thought-out soft play area with climbing, sliding and all the energy-burning essentials.
Set right on the edge of the Fairford Waterski Club lake — the backdrop is genuinely beautiful. Bring the camera.
The whole family is welcome — four-legged members included. Dogs are welcome throughout the outdoor areas and in the cafe.
Proper food, barista coffee and fairy-tale sundaes — right on site. You don't have to leave to get a good lunch.
Hocus Pocus Play is designed with families in mind — from babies to big kids (and their grown-ups).
Soft, safe spaces for the tiniest visitors — sensory play, gentle climbing and a calm environment to take it all in.
Under 2
The garden and trails are made for curious minds at this age — discovery play, the sandpit, outdoor features and wide open space.
Ages 2 – 4
Active, confident children thrive here — more to challenge them, more space to burn off energy, more to discover on every visit.
Ages 4 – 10
The lakeside garden and cafe mean grown-ups genuinely enjoy themselves too — not just watching from a plastic seat in the corner.
All ages welcome
We built Hocus Pocus Play to be a place children genuinely explore — somewhere with nooks to discover, space to run, things to climb, and a sense of real adventure. And when the little ones need a break, the lake views and Magic Beans Cafe are right there waiting.
Not just a car park with a slide. A proper outdoor space to explore, beside a beautiful lake.
Interactive and imaginative — places to discover, things to find, adventures around every corner.
Magic Beans Cafe is right here — proper coffee, gorgeous food, lake views. Not a vending machine.
